我從來就不愛晨跑,週末也是一樣,即使要跑長距離也是原本就打算下午再去。只是今天忙著刷油漆、採買,拖到快五點才起跑。狠心跟老婆說不陪她過情人節了,晚餐時間就在路上繞呀繞度過。
其實今天有點坎坷,先是玩發電廠的路在施工,遇到好幾台卡車,還沒到桑樹溪路竟然斷了,又沒有勇氣跑太陡的路,便提前折返。到東大前又突然想大號~明明起跑前才上過的,大概沒大乾淨,還好校園裡廁所設備不錯,還有衛生紙。只是大完有點虛弱,計畫路線也亂了。原本想的有點天真,想說10k補給一次,結果長距離沒辦法撐那麼久,真是太久沒有練的問題。還好補給有準備,巧克力,電解質,能量膠都隨身帶著,讓我在西康路周遭能撐完30k。回到折返點還有香蕉,只是就吃不完了。
最後10k覺得很累,但是這跟比賽距離比起來實在還很不夠。可是下週要過年,恐怕這是賽前最後一次長距離練習了。
