經過前天間歇訓練,今天速度好像有好一點,下坡能低於五分半,繞操場也漸速加快。操場舞龍隊的在練習,應該是全大運表演的,前面放音樂還好,後來打大鼓黑豆就落荒而逃,拋棄我自己回家了。我還是為了道義放慢速度繞一下找他,回來看他早就躲在車子底下。早就熟門熟路了吧。感覺現在他去跑只是給我面子,其實也不太需要我保護了。
