傍晚大雷雨,原本想說到屋簷下隨便跑一跑,結果換好衣服雨停了,就跑一下操場吧。前面4圈半手機沒反應,重開之後才開始記錄。
最近沒有要跑超馬,練跑目標就不遠,以加快速度為目標。不過我慢熱的情況還是很難改,距離短的話,平均速度就很難快。可能還是要多跑幾圈比較有訓練效果。
