早上有跑過,晚上一起跑今天的里程就從8k起跳,感覺真是不錯。原本在猶豫要不要練間歇跑,結果第三圈就遇到久違的文淇,很多話要敘舊,就不管速度了。
慢慢跑到11圈他先走,又覺得平均速度太差也不好看,便加速趕路,算是我一個多月以來第一次看到五分速左右吧。所以後段跑到有點喘,還好到32圈湊足單日半馬的量就可收工了。跑完在旁邊拉筋坐一下,然後地上就一灘水~
