星期三應該要練間歇跑,可是今天忙到太晚,到場上又軟弱了。本週還是以累積里程為主吧,不然月跑量一直沒到300,搞不好連全馬都跑不完。
前段還好,記得用核心支撐身體,穩穩的前進。24圈之後很口渴喝水,然後卻跑不動了。全身使不上力感覺很虛弱,姿勢也都亂掉了。也許是太晚喝水了吧,雖然以前可以25, 26圈再喝,可是在焚風籠罩的天氣下真的沒辦法。夏天的補給策略,是該仔細想想。
