拉速度真的好辛苦,我難得要開口喘氣,跑到爆汗、大腿痠痛。其實速度也不怎麼樣,接近五分速間歇,可是對鬆散已久的我來說已經很不容易了。黑豆也不習慣這種配速,有時甚至跟不上,後來有人放鞭炮就跑去躲了。
最後一趟豁出去,還能進步一點,感覺不錯。
