起跑後狀況不佳,心律拉不上來(120+-),雖然天氣適合跑步,但總是無法進入狀況,可能前天午晚餐都吃太多東西了XD,改進...6K之後慢慢可以拉到137+-,進入狀況後膝蓋又提早警報,雖然沒有發作但不敢太用力,很少21K之前就用噴劑,以往根本不屑一顧,但現在發現似乎對緩解膝蓋緊繃有用;14K用1H31M覺得還可以,但今天是陰天、平地啊,算是很差勁;28K用3H05M勉強及格;後14K就跑得很辛苦了,主要仍是體重XDXD~最後及格450進來,覺得今天很差勁!前週員工旅遊體重又上升、調整的不夠進入狀況~

賽後評分: 起跑就帶錯路...還好後面繞回來補足路程;路線單調、平坦、交管普普、補給一般(主要是我沒注意看內容)、跑者服務普普,有安排盥洗,接駁車只有兩班時間拖太長,恭喜王仕賢大哥500馬成功~
