其實昨天就可以跑了(我覺得我的恢復力還蠻快的),但是沒有時間練跑,所以今天刻意壓在不超過520以下的速度輕鬆跑,畢竟從來沒有跑過60K這麼長的距離,如果恢復跑受傷就好笑了(哈)..
今年上半年只剩一場飛虎辦的臻愛女子馬拉松,這場也是我們跑團早早就定下的上半年度初馬團,所以輕鬆歡樂跑就好,等於上半年的賽事要結束了,破PB是下半年的事了,休跑期來臨,回歸訓練期囉!!^^
