基本訓練,前兩週發神經,報了高雄線上馬半馬,這週末要完賽,原本打算早上在台東跑完,沒想到睡過頭,只好回來再補了,從家裡跑到橋頭再到滯洪池,河堤公園再繞回家,勉強湊滿半馬,15k後,明顯肌耐力不足,只好跑跑走走,勉強撐完,下次不要再發神經了😩
