遠東團練,早上五點前先到義民廟停好車,先起跑,到遠東集合,已經5.2公里。與國政、歐帥、Kenny 一起上北平,到箭竹窩下坡前折返。再到阡陌繞一圈,共29公里。不過最後3公里已經沒力,已經降到七分速。感覺今天狀況不是太好。
中午一點多出門去嗑肉石鍋吃,兩點半吃到三點四十。買老么的醫療用品就回家了,腳大拇指的凍甲一直好不了。
