昨天套一句廣告詞(胃食道逆流胸口灼熱)所以過了台北橋我就放棄了。今天Google看足底筋膜炎,看完的結果我覺得我已經沒有救了,因為我應該是呈現退化反應, 遺憾太晚跑馬拉松 ,反正也無所謂啦!双腳最後也只剩走路的功能而已啦 !嗯在還沒有壞之前就要收攤了。 現在能跑多遠就跑多遠,跑多久就跑多久了~哈哈哈.........
