前二週只小跑一次,
所以上個月的跑量超慘,
因此開賽前就知道不會有多順利了,
然後也很白吃的忘了帶壓縮褲出門,
就穿著運動休閒長褲加減跑,
開賽後大概16K就開始力不從心了,
跑量太少果然會讓倫很辛苦,
到後面一直在拉後大腿筋,
真怕抽筋就慘囉,
跑起來真素累倫呢;
今天前半程有一段被仁釗大哥撿到,
一起跑了一段真是很開心,
也有遇到基傑、哲文、小飛…等
