為了線上馬拉松--夜跑紐約半馬組,今天特別轉到柏油路來跑,免得順跑田徑場吃GPS的便宜,只跑19km多就變成21km,前半段十分叫我驚訝,居然可以維持得那麼好,但最後5km就撐不下去了,越來越慢,幸好終點也到了。
