前天霞喀羅古道縱走,昨天中社花海一日遊,都沒法練跑,所以今天又補了一個半馬。前5km真的是心冷啊!好像已很努力了,但速度都在5分半上下,真的很想跑完5km就回頭了,但因為肌肉也沒有明顯的酸痛,所以就繼續跑下去了,結果大逆轉,居然跑出了近來的佳半馬成績,這是怎麼回事?
