已是連續第8天的跑步了,實在不適合進行測驗,但是之前都困在傷痛之中,昨天才感覺好了一點,所以根本沒想到要進行測驗的,所以今天也當作一般的練跑就好,成績就不理它了。果真,11km 後體力下滑,到後面根本就沒力跑,是拖著向前移的,好辛苦!
