周末團練試跑2017遠東全馬路線,背了兩公斤水袋,有點累到,湖口後山來回兩個坡,狀況不好時,還挺折磨人的17.5K折返點過後,是回程第二個長坡,但不難跑。
後山茶園生機盎然,茶樹綠的發亮,淡淡的茶香沁鼻,徜徉在山林間,令人舒暢快意。回到義民路到新埔118縣道至水汴頭大橋7K之間,車輛狂飆廢氣瀰漫,但也可聞到草莓香,頂著烈日及超高溼度,悶熱難耐,好想跳進路旁鳳山溪清涼一下,過橋36K後進到竹16,寧靜的鄉村一路綠蔭,增添幾分悠閒,最後在疲累中完成今日全馬試跑任務。
