無法達成預設目標,更沒有在4小時內完賽,以為這樣的長爬坡賽事自己能征服,沒想到才爬到14K就覺得累了,接著就走走停停到折返點,心想既然沒有好成績至少也要4小時內吧,不過返程還是有些爬坡,面對長下坡還是保留一些,直到最後5K還有機會四小時內,只是山下太陽好熱,加上速度也拉不起來,只好順順回終點。
爬坡能力這一年退步不少,平常有練但仍是不足,繼續努力~
