賽前看路線是緩上緩下的地形,預設310~315完賽,我想應該沒問題,需要注意的是大風或大太陽。
起跑前半段的有風,前方無人擋風但還挺的住,第一圈結束均速約430,心想第二圈每K降一些還能在目標內,沒想到,第二圈風更大,23K左右一陣逆風吹來就掛了,打亂節奏,越跑越累,後面就不用說了…慢慢歸回終點,繼續加油~
