| 第二次挑戰蘆洲馬~~
前9K維持一貫的速度前進
從10K開始看到山路都懶了~
因為知道蘆洲馬的山路是出了名的難跑
跑了幾步就懶了...當起上坡步兵
一方面太陡了,後段還有一大堆坡等著
一方面是這星期跑太多腳力似乎還沒恢復
這一走,連想盡全力跑的想法都走丟了XD
馬上轉換心情,變成長距離的練習
慢慢跑、慢慢走,完成練習
感謝主辦的補給,一路冰沙士加冰水,好舒服~
回到河濱最後幾K才認真跑
也因為太熱,加上要讓身體曬平均一點把上衣脫掉
