#75K為自己驕傲一次
#踏出第一步就永不放棄
準備許久的《2016濁水溪國際超級馬拉松》Dday終於來臨,因為超馬組5點就起跑,凌晨不到3點就起床著裝驅車前往彰化縣大城鄉萬安宮會場,會場看到許多100K及75K的超馬組好手齊聚,大家裝備齊全,跟全、半馬組的感覺很不一樣,少了競賽的緊張氣氛,反而感覺大家是一同出發完成這趟超級旅程。
0500天未亮準時起跑,起跑感覺沒有上一場岱宇馬來的好,岱宇馬流失的體能尚未完全恢復,只好跟著感覺走,前30K除了進補給站維持5分半均速,30K後腳已出現疲憊降速至6分半,35K折返點名次總7,40~42K撞牆,原本擔心膝蓋出問題,結果還是肌力問題較大,除了腳已極限祭出跑走模式,再者,因補給來不及消化塞在肚子裏,一整個很不舒服。
接下來也不去想名次,順利無傷完賽才是王道,50K、60K、70K~真的!超馬的過程是孤獨的~自己跟自己交戰、打氣,磨練著心智、意志力,最後的10K感覺每1K都很遙遠,最後1K體會到連走路、蹲下休息都會抽筋的感覺,不過這次保留最後的洪荒之力用跑的進終點,全程耗時大會時間9H16M40.94S,這時刻在墨鏡後不禁流下了激動的眼淚,我成功完成了!明年要再來超越自己~

賽前宣言: 個人初超馬,原本還肖想100K的,想要一次給他到位~
