大同 中山橋 雙溪溼地 社子大橋20k
暖身時覺得臀部還是痠,速度放慢跑,也順便賞景,今日天氣舒爽也適合跑旅。上中山橋跑基隆河右岸,這路線沒跑過幾次,主要是要看剛完工的雙溪溼地水中步道。在社子大橋折返,跑橋跟跑山路感覺不同,山路會有心理準備,跑橋是平路突然來個上下坡,跑步慣性會被打掉,下橋後需要快速調整回來,萬金石35k後的獅頭山就是這個感覺。回程聞到異味,看到中山高南下車道的火燒車烈焰沖天。今日來回總長度約19k,最後操場補二圈跑滿20k~
