中山橋 社子大橋TP5k
士林區有綠色空品就往士林跑,暖跑至中山橋後慢慢加速至社子大橋,緩跑上橋後,再次加速每公里4:40上下,大約只能跑5k就需要調整呼吸,不過這5k跑起來非常舒暢,回到學校補完20k里程。最後一公里手錶警示電力不足10%,也突然看到心率跟配速都不太對,不知是不是電力不足所致。
