休了二週,再試一下半馬距離,用台北馬前半程的配速體感跑(鬆多緊少),感覺還不錯~往社子去程多順風回程多逆風,很適合拿來練萬金石馬~折返停錶拍照處,有飲水機及流動廁所。手錶最大攝氧量再上升一點來到59 ^^
