GPS多送了400m,實際上比5分速稍慢一點,但不勉強就是抓個體感跑,天沒亮也懶得看錶追速度只按錶,會比星期二慢有可能是疲勞還未恢復,畢竟星期二以前為了療傷都是輕鬆跑居多,今天算再次回到訓練的週期裡;再來也有可能是早晨好像都會稍慢一點?最後最不想牽拖的是NIKE好像真的會比較快?但星期二和今天整個跑法完全不相同,今天很自然的就使用高步頻模式,不知是鞋子還是疲勞造成的?anyway,這階段也沒法更快了,剩沒幾次訓練就順順跑吧~~~
