新竹MIDA Marathon No. 11
今天的任務是6點起跑,11點半要到家開始接送小孩,所以順順跑完賽為主,但也不能跑太慢,但千算萬算是沒想到會遲到回家是因為要領獎😅,而且可惜的是頒獎時我剛好去上廁所,所以第一次領獎也沒有頒獎照,只能默默的把獎盃帶回家。😩
賽道不錯,一開始熱身1km就開始連續5km的爬坡,這段自我檢討覺得有點太輕鬆,應該要比目標瓦數多10W,因為才剛開始而且後面的下坡段在可控的情況下,大概就是減10W;之後一路往高美溼地開巡航模式,這段跑得很爽,因為是微下坡,拜從熬峰山一路下坡到海邊所賜,意外的刷新半馬PB,感覺的確是個適合刷PB的地型,但記得要報全馬才有這個福利🤭;從海邊回來變微上坡,開始hold不住目標瓦數,但就不勉強轉靠體感順跑,離開河堤狀況急轉直下,可能是開始熱當機?可能是練不夠?至少有堅持不要步兵的完成這個算以賽代訓吧?zone 2應該有大進補了。😊 賽前宣言: 換個地方跑個long run,順便解鎖台中市全馬。XD 賽後評分: 優質賽事。 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~165 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 165~171 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 171~181 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 181~186 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為186 點此去設定最大心率 |
